一、申请对象|Eligibility
1.在浙大宁波理工学院注册的自费学历国际学生（二至四年级老生）。
Self-funded international students enrolled in degree programs at NingboTech University (students in their second to fourth years).
2.国际生第一年所获奖学金（国际新生奖学金）以录取通知书为准。
For international students, the scholarship awarded in the first year (International Freshman Scholarship) shall be subject to the admission letter.
二、奖学金类别|Scholarship Categories
1.宁波市来华留学生政府奖学金
Ningbo Municipal Government Scholarship for International Students
2.浙大宁波理工学院国际新生奖学金（仅限一年级新生）
NingboTech University International Freshman Scholarship (for first-year students only)
3.浙大宁波理工学院优秀国际学生奖学金（仅限二至四年级老生）
NingboTech University Outstanding International Student Scholarship (for students in their second to fourth years)
注：获得国际新生奖学金或优秀国际学生奖学金的学生，如同时获得宁波市来华留学生政府奖学金，荣誉可兼得，奖励金额不可兼得，按就高原则发放。
Note: Students who receive the International Freshman Scholarship or the Outstanding International Student Scholarship and also receive the Ningbo Municipal Government Scholarship for International Students may retain both honors, but may not receive both monetary awards. The award shall be disbursed according to the higher amount.
三、申请条件|Application Requirements
1.持有外国有效护照的非中国籍公民；
Non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport;
2.在学制年限内正常修读的自费国际学生；
Self-funded international students enrolled in normal study within the prescribed duration of their program;
3.遵守中国法律法规，对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，无违反校纪校规行为；
Abide by Chinese laws and regulations, be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and no violation of university rules;
4.无签证过期记录，无拖欠学杂费记录；
No record of visa overstay or outstanding tuition and fees;
5.优秀国际学生奖学金申请者本学年各科成绩不低于合格水平（60分以上，满分100分制）；出勤率原则上不低于85%；积极参加学校组织的各类讲座、比赛、公益活动及社会实践活动，每学年至少参加一次公益活动或社会实践活动。
Applicants for the Outstanding International Student Scholarship must have all course grades no lower than the passing level (60 out of 100) in the current academic year, an attendance rate of no less than 85% in principle, and actively participate in lectures, competitions, public welfare activities, and social practice activities organized by the university. They must participate in at least one public welfare or social practice activity each academic year.
6.优秀国际学生奖学金年度评审按总分100分作具体量化标准，含道德品行（满分10分）、学习成绩（满分70分）、非学业因素（满分20分）。参评学生的所有材料以上一学年的9月1日至评定学年8月31日为认定依据。评审量化标准表见附件2。
The annual assessment of the Outstanding International Student Scholarship shall adopt a quantitative standard with a total score of 100 points, including moral conduct (maximum 10 points), academic performance (maximum 70 points), and non-academic factors (maximum 20 points). All application materials shall be based on the period from September 1 of the previous academic year to August 31 of the assessment academic year. See Appendix 2 for the quantitative assessment standard table.
四、申请材料|Application Materials

2.成绩单；
Transcript;
3.缴清当学年学杂费和住宿费；
Proof of full payment of tuition and accommodation fees;
4.已购买下一学年来华国际学生综合保险；
Proof of purchase of comprehensive insurance for international students in China;
5.体检证明；
Medical Examination Certificate;
6.HSK成绩单（如有）；
HSK Score Report (if applicable);
7.获奖证书及其他相关材料。
Award Certificates and other relevant materials.
所有材料须为原件或经学校认证的复印件。材料不全或不符合规定者，不予受理。
All materials must be originals or school-certified copies. Incomplete or non-compliant applications will not be accepted.
五、申请方式|Application Method
1.申请时间：即日起至2026年10月15日12:00前，逾期不再处理。
Application Period: From now until 12:00, October 15, 2026. Late applications will not be processed.
2.纸质申请材料交至SC401-3。请将所有材料打包成一个文件夹，以“学号+姓名+奖学金申请”命名发送至邮箱：mandyhuang365@163.com
Paper application materials shall be submitted to SC401-3. Please package all materials into one folder, name it in the format “Student ID + Name + Scholarship Application”, and send it to the email address: mandyhuang365@163.com
六、发放与管理|Disbursement and Management
1.宁波市来华留学生政府奖学金按下达指标评选，每届学生的国际新生奖学金与优秀国际学生奖学金的获奖比例在招生前由校长办公会议研究决定。
The Ningbo Municipal Government Scholarship for International Students shall be assessed according to issued quotas. The award proportions for the International Freshman Scholarship and the Outstanding International Student Scholarship for each cohort shall be determined by the President’s Administrative Meeting before admission.
2.获新生奖学金的国际学生须按学校规定时间办理报到、注册手续，未经学校批准而逾期不报到者，所获奖学金资格将自动取消。
International students awarded the Freshman Scholarship must complete registration and enrollment procedures according to the time prescribed by the university. Those who fail to register on time without the university’s approval shall automatically lose their scholarship qualification.
3.如发现材料虚假或违反法律法规、校纪校规，学校将取消奖学金资格并追回已发奖金；
If false materials or violations of laws or regulations are found, the scholarship will be revoked and funds recovered;
4.获奖学生如转学，须全额退还奖学金。
Awardees who transfer to another school must refund the full scholarship amount.
